CHILDREN at Didcot’s Willowcroft Community School might be young but they have been giving some thought to their careers this week.

The school held a series of events and invited a number of people in different jobs to help them decide what they wanted to do when they grow up.

One of the people to visit the Mereland Road school was farmer Liam Moore, who brought his lambs.

He said: “It went really well. I took questions from the children and told them the basics of what it is like to be a farmer.

“There were a few people who were interested in becoming farmers but the animals were a big draw.”

As well as Mr Moore, the school was also visited by a dancer, an engineer, a forensic pathologist and a vet.
