A man has been charged with dangerous driving after a minibus crash on the M40 last year.
Mark Nicholson, 34, of Abbey Hills Road, Oldham, Lancashire, was also charged with driving without insurance and driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence.
On June 9, a minibus carrying 16 people overturned on the southbound M40 north of junction 11 at Banbury.
The driver and passengers suffered non-life threatening injuries.
Nicholson was bailed to appear at Banbury Magistrates’ Court on Friday, March 15.
