Man charged with fraud

A man charged with fraud by abuse of position appeared in court.
Christopher Walsh, 48, of Banbury Road, Kidlington, is accused of committing eight counts of fraud and one count of theft between 1999 and 2008.
A plea hearing at Oxford Crown Court yesterday was adjourned and he will appear again on February 27. He was released on bail.
