DAREDEVIL Dave Pratley will take on a major mountain climbing challenge to raise cash for the Thames Valley Air Ambulance.
Along with colleagues, he will take part in the Three Peaks Challenge on May 18 and 19, attempting to climb Ben Nevis in Scotland, Scafell Pike in England and Snowdon in Wales within 24 hours.
More than 25 people from recruitment firm Abrs, based in South Oxfordshire, have signed up for the marathon after chief executive Andrew Bailey and his wife Kate said they were attempting it.
Mr Pratley, 32, who lives in Cowley with his wife Hayley, said: “They say it’s a very difficult thing to be able to complete, so I’m looking forward to the challenge.
“A few of the people who work here have relatives who have been picked up by the air ambulance before, and my mother-in-law has been picked up too. It’s a great service and it costs a lot of money to run.”
