Banbury pre-school shuts after second negative Ofsted

BANBURY: A pre-school is to close after 32 years following a second negative Ofsted report.
In January 2012, Hill View Pre-School was judged inadequate by Ofsted.
And when inspectors returned to the pre-school in Hillview Crescent last month, they again gave it Ofsted’s lowest rating.
The pre-school committee has now confirmed it will close for good on March 29, which it said was because the Government and Oxfordshire County Council had withdrawn funding.
