David James, 53, of Foundry Street, Banbury, admitted stealing perfume worth £44 from Boots in Lockheed Close, Banbury, on December 24. Given a six-month conditional discharge and told to pay £15 victims’ surcharge and £44 compensation.
Claire Leach, 25, of Cratlands Close, Stadhampton, admitted drink driving in Goodall Close, Henley, on January 14. Had 59 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35. Fined £200 and told to pay victims’ surcharge of £20 and £85 costs. Given 12-month ban.
Matthew Webb, 31, of Darenth Court, Hamble Road, Didcot, admitted possessing cannabis in Didcot on January 5. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay a victims’ surcharge of £15 and £40 costs.
Terrance Kerrigan, 48, of O’Hanlon House, Luther Street, Oxford, admitted assaulting a police constable in the execution of their duty. Community order made with alcohol treatment requirement for six months and supervision requirement for 12 months. Told to pay victims’ surcharge of £60.
