Trial of woman accused of murdering her mother is delayed

A woman who denies murdering her mother has had her trial delayed.
Kauthar Silvera was due to stand trial in Oxford Crown Court yesterday accused of killing 52-year-old Vittoria Baker.
But the 29-year-old, of Friars Wharf, Oxford, instead had her case adjourned for another hearing on April 2, when a new date for the trial could be set.
Ms Baker’s body was found in her flat in Friars Wharf in August last year.
