A YOUNG man died after he borrowed a rope and used it to hang himself, an inquest heard yesterday.

Oxford Coroner’s Court heard Stuart Washer, 26, had been through mild episodes of depression or stress, often related to his inability to find work.

He was found in woodland at the Grove Technology Park, near his home in Stockham Park, Grove, on Sunday, October 28.

A note was found on his body.

Coroner Darren Salter recorded a verdict that he took his own life.
