9:50am Saturday 2nd February 2013 in News
Traffic on Botley Road ground to a halt during rush hour yesterday when a truck tried to unload a skip in Hythe Bridge Street.
Police called at 9am said the driver parked on the busy street because he could not reverse into a property. They moved the vehicle on and traffic was moving normally by 9.30am.
