People convicted of offences at magistrates courts in Oxfordshire recently:
Robert Brewerton, 34, of Drayton Road, Abingdon, admitted causing £100 of criminal damage to three windows at a house in West Way, Botley, Oxford, on December 12 last year. Given a community order with a 28-day curfew between 8pm and 6am. Also told to pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £60 and costs of £85.
Calvin Holmes, 28, of Carter Close, Risinghurst, Oxford, admitted drink driving on the A34 at Botley on December 28, 2012. Had 85 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Banned from driving for 12 months, and fined £100 with a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
Hayley Alderman, 31, of Guernsey Way, Banbury, convicted in her absence of using a colour television at her home without a licence on July 16, 2012. Fined £200, with £15 victim surcharge and £90 costs.
