Defence firm wins £1.89m contract

BANBURY defence and security firm Westminster Group has won a £1.89million contract to supply hi-tech scanning equipment to an undisclosed location in the Middle East.
The technology will be used to scan lorries entering a high security oil and gas plant for contraband and security threats.
Chief executive Peter Fowler said: “The contract is significant.”
