FORMER BBC chairman Gavyn Davie, gave a speech in Oxford last night.
The speech, A 2020 Vision for the BBC, was delivered at the Said Business School on the night before the Oxford Media Convention, which opens today.
Mr Davies was discussing the future of the public service broadcaster and was introduced by current BBC Trust chairman and Oxford University Chancellor Lord Patten.
