EUTON DALEY will leave a mighty big hole when he steps down from his position at the head of Pegasus Theatre.
The 54-year-old has spent 22 years with the iconic theatre and it is certainly in a far better and healthier position than when he joined.
He may have been steering a theatre but he has done it with no dramas and has been a quiet, unassuming, dignified, yet determined, leader.
Mr Daley will be the first to say others have played their part but he has been a fabulous servant and we will be stunned if his new endeavours are not just as successful.
