A POST mortem carried out on Janeé Parsons yesterday confirmed the Bicester mother died of multiple stab wounds.
A 38-year-old man arrested on Saturday on suspicion of murder remains in police custody.
Mrs Parsons' family had flown over from the United States to identify the body.
Police were called to a house in Lucerne Avenue, Bicester at 10am on Saturday following reports of a row.
Despite attempts by police and ambulance staff to resuscitate her, Mrs Parsons was declared dead at hospital.
Shocked neighbours and colleagues have described the 31-year-old skin specialist as "wonderful" and declared their immense sadness at her death.
