Commuters are facing disruption on trains, buses and the roads this morning due to the flooding.
First Great Western is reporting major disruptions to the Paddington to Oxford service.
Delays are stretching from the line at Banbury through Oxford, Radley, along to Didcot Parkway.
Elsewhere fire crews are now filling sandbags at Redbridge Park & Ride for residents in need.
The following bus diversions are also in place due to flooding.
Route 2 is unable to serve Mill Street or Evans Lane in Kidlington. Routes 2/2A are running via High Street, The Moors and Banbury Road instead.
Route 16 is avoiding Abingdon Road and Donnington Bridge and instead running via Iffley Road.
Route 31/31 is also diverted via Iffley Road.
As previously reported, the Seacourt park and ride has been suspended for the day.
And motorists are reporting long traffic delays in the city centre. Oxfordshire County Council is advising drivers to obey all "road closed" signs and to drive slowly through any flood water.
