Seacourt park and ride closed due to flooding

Seacourt park and ride is closed this morning due to flooding overnight.

Oxford County Council announced the closure on its website at 4am this morning.

The park and ride will be shut for the whole of the day.

There are lots of cars there now... just come past and although there are 'road closed' signs there seem to be people parked there.
