A 44-year-old man has been cleared of attempted voyeurism and of breaching his Asbo.
Philip Harper, of Edinburgh Way, Banbury, was cleared of the two charges, relating to February 25, at Oxford Crown Court yesterday.
Judge Mary Jane Mowat directed the jury to return a not guilty verdict. Mr Harper had denied the charges.
