A driver suffered a fractured spine when his white Peugeot 206 overturned in Brill Road, Horton-cum-Studley, during a collision.
The crash happened at about 8.20am on Monday.
Pc Daniel Watford said: “We are keen to speak to anyone who witnessed the collision, in particular the driver of a Transit van that was travelling in the opposite direction at the time of the collision.”
The victim was taken to Oxford’s John Radcliffe Hospital, but was discharged later that day.
Witnesses can call 101.
