Flooding: Boat sinks in Oxford

The stricken boat
A BOAT has sunk in Oxford because of the heavy flow of water down the Thames.
The boat broke free of its mooring and sunk. The quick moving water down the Thames has rammed it against barriers at Osney Lock.
The Environment Agency is trying to salvage the craft.
