A CITY youth centre is taking to the screen to promote its work.
Wolvercote Youth Centre played host to a camera crew and director over the last nine weeks as it shot a promotional video.
Lost Generation is a partly-fictional, part-documentary film about life at the fictional Westcot Youth Centre.
It was funded with Big Society Fund cash given to the project by county councillor Jean Fooks.
Director Tom Brooks, from Inspiring Drama, said: “I’ve been so impressed with the young people who have been involved and what they have managed to do.”
Mr Coward, from Quickstep Films, said: “It’s gone really well. The kids have all been very professional and we got all the shots we needed. The film will be launched on December 14 at the youth centre.”
