People convicted of offences at magistrates' courts around the county recently:

Colin Raworth, 56, of New High Street, Headington, Oxford, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour in Oxford on April 21. Convicted of sexually touching a woman aged 16 or over without her consent in Oxford on April 30. Also guilty of criminal damage to a vehicle in Oxford on May 2. Fined £130, £100 compensation, £15 victims’ surcharge, and given a community order with a two month curfew.

Brad Chalmers, 24, of Beeching Way, Wallingford, admitted failing to stop after a road accident which left someone injured in Cholsey on June 3. Also admitted driving without care and attention in Cholsey on June 3. Fined £390 and £15 victims’ surcharge. Banned from driving for six months.

Adam Nash, 34, of Wood Farm Road, Oxford, admitted drink-driving in Abingdon Road and Meads Close, Drayton, on February 24. Had 48 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Also admitted driving while disqualified in Drayton on February 24. Told to do 120 hours’ unpaid work in the community. Fined £100, £15 victims’ surcharge, and £150 costs. Banned from driving for 16 months.

Jonathan Stear, 29, of The Causeway, Banbury, admitted assault by beating in Banbury on March 22. Given a community order with a three month curfew. Told to pay £300 compensation, £170 costs, a £100 fine, and £15 victims’ surcharge.

Saleem Kaighen-Thomas, 40, of Clematis Place, Abingdon, admitted using racially aggravated threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour in St Clement’s Street, Oxford, on July 3. Fined £70, £100 compensation, and a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Onno Jol, 49, of Cumnor Hill Road, Boars Hill, convicted of harassment after placing posters around Cumnor village on or around October 21, 2011, and attending a pantomime on December 8, 2011. Given a 24 month conditional discharge, a restraining order made, and told to pay £370 costs.

James Budziszewski, 22, of Aldridge Close, Benson, admitted possession of cannabis in Abingdon on April 23. Also admitted using threatening words or behaviour to cause harassment, distress or alarm in Wallingford on April 23. Fined £160, £15 victims’ surcharge, and £100 costs.

Jonathan Little, 19, of Hill Road, Watlington, admitted drink-driving in Cuxham on September 27. Had 58 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £200, £15 victims’ surcharge, and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 16 months.

Richard Peck, 34, of Trefoil Place, Oxford, admitted possession of a sheath knife in the Ozone Leisure Park, Grenoble Road, Oxford on July 13. Community order made with a programme and supervision requirement. Told to pay £85 costs.

Johan Pretorius, 36, of Donnington Bridge Road, Oxford, admitted stealing from his employer on August 11 when he stole £1,000 from Market News, Oxford. Told to do 80 hours of unpaid community work in the next 12 months. Told to pay £1,000 compensation and £85 costs.

Ryan Matthews, 25, of Bury Street, Abingdon, admitted possession of a large kitchen knife in Bury Street, Abingdon, on July 1. Had a large kitchen knife in Bury Street on July 1 and a vegetable knife on July 1 in Bury Street. Given a 12 week prison sentence suspended for 12 months and told to pay £85 costs.

Lance Heaver, 22, of The Grates, Oxford, admitted possession of cannabis in Cross Street, Oxford, on September 4. Given a six month conditional discharge and told to pay £50 costs.

Paul Bowdery, 36, of Herschel Crescent, Oxford, admitted criminal damage worth £140 to a motor vehicle windscreen in Oxford on February 27. Also did £75 worth of damage to a rear seat of a police car on February 27. Admitted harassment by visiting an address, making telephone calls, and sending text messages. Given an eight week prison sentence suspended for 12 months. Also given a supervision requirement and told to do 160 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months. A restraining order made and told to pay £305 compensation and £50 costs.

Michael McDonald, 23, of Coolidge Close, Headington, Oxford, admitted possession of cannabis in Lime Walk, Headington, on August 23. Fined £200, £15 victims’ surcharge, and £85 costs.

Zain Bokhara, 21, of Howard Street, Oxford, admitted raising a false alarm to Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue Service in Ambassador Retail Park, Cowley, Oxford, on September 9. Community order made with a six week curfew. Told to do 200 hours of unpaid community work and pay £200 compensation.

Alexander Slavesen, 27, of St Mary’s Road, Oxford, admitted shoplifting beef worth £33.68 from Tesco in Oxford on January 31. Guilty of assault by beating in Headington on February 28. Also assaulted Pc Jonathan Cooke and obstructed Pc Rachel Wood in Headington on February 28. Given a one month prison sentence suspended for 12 months. Told to pay £50 compensation.

Simon Hooper, 36, of Nash Lane, Freeland, admitted failing to provide a breath specimen for analysis without reasonable excuse in Witney on March 10. Fined £185, £15 victims’ surcharge, and £100 costs. Banned for 16 months.

Jonathan Adams, 45, of The Avenue, Bloxham, admitted sexual assault on a woman aged 16 or over in Banbury on October 6. Fined £230, £75 compensation, £23 surcharge, and £85 costs.

Christopher Moden, 20, of Wardington, admitted criminal damage to a taxi to the value of £597.55 in Wardington on August 25. Told to do 100 hours of unpaid community work in the next 12 months. Also told to pay £296.77 compensation and £85 costs.

Jon Milenkovic, 23, of West Street, Banbury, admitted using threatening words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm, or distress in High Street, Banbury, on September 23. Fined £100, £15 victims’ surcharge, and £85 costs.

Robert Hunter, 61, of Union Street, Banbury, convicted of being drunk and disorderly in Horse Fair, Banbury, on July 4. Handed a six-month conditional discharge.
