Rape trial date set

A man accused of raping a 37-year-old woman could stand trial next month.
William Benn’s case was heard at Oxford Crown Court today and the trial could start on December 10.
Benn, 44, of no fixed address, is charged with rape in Luther Street, Oxford, on January 24.
