TRAIN passengers between Oxford and Bicester Town are facing delays of up to 20 minutes this afternoon because of signalling problems.
Chiltern Railways spokesman Emma Gascoigne said: “Engineers are working as quickly as possible to restore service to normal.
“We apologise for disruption to services this afternoon.”
Both the 3pm from Oxford to Bicester Town and the 3.30pm from Bicester Town to Oxford were cancelled.
It follows major problems this morning when the morning commuter services between Didcot and Reading were suspended after a man was struck and killed by a train at Cholsey. Services didn't return to normal until about 1pm.
