- Anna Harris, 30, of Shipton Road, Milton-under-Wychwood, admitted shoplifting a pair of shoes worth £9.99 from Shoe Zone in Market Square, Witney, on March 2. Also admitted shoplifting slippers worth £25 from Cotswold Kids in Witney, on January 1. Fined £140, £15 victims’ surcharge, £25 compensation, and £175 costs.
- Sebastian Kwiatkowski, 28, of Hastings Close, Banbury, convicted of having articles on February 24 for use in the course of, or in connection with, theft of a motor vehicle namely pliers and drill bits. Fined £850, £15 victims’ surcharge, and £775 costs.
- Declan Allen, 18, of Bretch Hill, Banbury, admitted criminal damage to a television to the value of £60 in Dashwood Road, Banbury on September 9. Discharged conditionally for three months. Told to pay £30 costs.
- Justin Smithwick, 38, of Park Road, Banbury, admitted drink-driving in Milton on June 9. Had 123 milligrams of alcohol in 100ml of urine, above the legal limit of 107. Fined £90, £15 victims’ surcharge, and £85 costs.
