Jennifer Saunders will return to the West End stage for the first time in more than 20 years to star in a production of Lady Windermere’s Fan directed by Kathy Burke.
The production will be part of a year-long season of Oscar Wilde plays at London’s Vaudeville Theatre.
Saunders will star as the Duchess of Berwick, while Kevin Bishop will play Lord Darlington while Samantha Spiro will play Mrs Erlynne.
The rest of the cast is yet to be announced.

The season kicks off with a production of A Woman Of No Importance, directed by Dominic Dromgoole, which runs from October 6 to December 30.
Lady Windermere’s Fan runs from January 12 to April 7, with press night on January 22.
