The Neale family have said it would be their dream to perform for the royal family if they win Britain’s Got Talent.

The four-piece vocal group, consisting of singing solicitor Laurie Neale and his three sons, James, Dan and Phil, moved Simon Cowell to tears and were eventually put through to the final by the judges.

Laurie said: “If we won we’d be the first family to win BGT, and to be a family performing for the royal family would be a great honour and would be a nice first and would be great for us to do.”

Oldest son Dan, 28, added: “Well, more than a nice first, it would be absolutely incredible. I just think it would be beyond everything we’ve ever dreamed of. We’d want to do the nation proud.”

In the final the family are planning to sing their version of Jason Mraz’s I Won’t Give Up.

Youngest brother Phil said: “We nearly switched it around so we’re doing it in the semi-final because we love it so much, and we need to not have it in the locker and never be seen. So hopefully we can do ourselves justice and everybody loves it as much as we do.”
