David Walliams has signed up to be a judge for another series of Britain’s Got Talent.

The star, who recently split from his wife Lara Stone, has already done three years on the hit ITV talent show.

He told The Sun: “We’ve got a really great panel and I love the chemistry. Most of the time it’s a really happy experience and I would’ve been foolish to leave it.”

The newspaper reported that the future of fellow panellists ‎Amanda Holden and ‎Alesha Dixon had not been decided by show boss Simon Cowell.

David, who shot to fame in Little Britain, tied the knot with Dutch model Stone in 2010 and she gave birth to a son, Alfred, two years ago.

The couple married at Claridge’s hotel in central London with guests including Denise Van Outen, film-maker Sam Taylor-Johnson, actress Barbara Windsor and James Corden.

David, a regular on TV, has also established a career as the author of a series of best-selling children’s books.
