Strictly Come Dancing finalist Frankie Bridge reckons she will struggle to adjust to real life when the series ends.
And the 25-year-old said there should be therapy to enable contestants to cope with leaving the show after tonight’s final.
The Saturdays star is second favourite to triumph when the four celebrity contestants and their partners hit the dancefloor for one last time.
Frankie, who dances with professional Kevin Clifton, said: “I don’t know what we’re going to do. Poor Kevin, I’m going to be ringing and ‘what you doing? Let’s rehearse today’.
“We’ve stayed in touch with everyone that’s gone out of the competition and there needs to be some sort of rehab for after Strictly, to be weaned off it. They’ve all found it really hard and we’ve now been in it the longest we can be in it and it does really take over.
“People always talk about the ‘Strictly bubble’, but it’s true it does completely take over your life and everyone does love it and you make loads of new friends and you spend so much time with everyone that it’s going to be so odd to go back to normal life. We’ve going to be foxtrotting everywhere.”
The singer, married to footballer Wayne Bridge and mother to year-old son Parker, added: “I never thought I would get this far and each week you get through makes you feel better and better and builds your confidence up.
“It’s been really good for me knowing I can go out there and do something on my own, and for my first thing, to have got this far, I feel really proud of myself.”
