Kim Kardashian showed it is never too early for an eye-popping outfit as she spilled out of her plunging neckline while heading out for an early morning jaunt around London.

Reality star Kim, 33, opted for a strapless, cleavage-baring dress as she stepped out of Claridge's Hotel for a round of promotional duties and to launch a clothing range.

The socialite turned on the glam first thing despite a night out celebrating her woman of the year prize at the GQ Men Of The Year ceremony last night, where she was accompanied by her music star husband Kanye West.

As she accepted her award she thanked her partner - with whom she has a daughter North - for "making me feel like woman of the year every single day".

Kim again dazzled with her breathtaking outfit at the ceremony, wearing a silver-mesh see-through split skirt with a latex bodice beneath.

During the bash, 50 Shades Of Grey hunk Jamie Dornan, Sherlock's Benedict Cumberbatch, Doctor Who actor Peter Capaldi and Hollywood heartthrob Colin Firth all won gongs.

Former prime minister Tony Blair, who hit the headlines when he said that reports of his wealth were "greatly exaggerated", was presented with the philanthropist award at the ceremony at the Royal Opera House in London's Covent Garden. His win brought a muted reaction from guests at the event.

Ex-Beatle Ringo Starr picked up an award for his humanitarian work, while Pirates Of The Caribbean actor Johnny Depp presented punk pioneer Iggy Pop with the icon trophy.

Supermodel Cara Delevingne presented US uber-producer and Happy singer Pharrell Williams with the solo artist gong.

Rock star Bob Geldof, father of the late Peaches Geldof, handed the legend award to Van Morrison.

50 Shades Of Grey author EL James presented Northern Irish actor Jamie - who plays Christian Grey in the erotic film adaptation of her work - with a breakthrough award.

Benedict was given the actor award by fellow thespian Dan Stevens, while Stay With Me singer Sam Smith presented the inspiration award to New Order.

Jenna Coleman, who plays companion Clara in Doctor Who, was reunited with the Time Lord when she awarded Peter the TV personality gong.

Peter said of his trophy: "This is the first award I've ever received for my personality, which suggests that the people who gave it to me have never met me."
