Teen Taste with Angus Henderson

Moo-Moo’s sells milkshakes in every conceivable flavour, from lemon curd to sesame snap... What did you think?

I really liked it, but it was a little busy mainly because of its location and because it’s peak tourist season. I thought they should open up something a bit bigger that you can sit in, rather than just a takeaway, so they can cater for more customers and won’t be bothering the other shops around them in the Covered Market.

What did you have?

I had a large white Kinder Bueno milkshake (£3.30) which was amazing, really thick, but not too strong to push out any other flavours, and it had a nice aftertaste and an overall nice sweetness to it.

Who did you go with and what did they have?

I went with my brother and he had a large passionate pineapple smoothie (yoghurt, passion fruit, diced pineapple, sorbet – £3.30). He loved it although it was just a bit too sour for him, and made him make a lot of funny faces when he was drinking it because it was so sharp, but other than that he loved it.

High points?

It was relatively cheap and the choice of flavours was amazing

Low points?

It was very busy so it took a long time to get our drinks

Marks out of ten?

Eight because the milkshakes are lovely but took too long

Would you take a girl there?

Yes, because it is a good place to have a nice snack
