An Oxford-based lettings agent has been named Franchise of the Year in a national competition.
Martin & Co won the title in awards sponsored by industry publication The Negotiator Magazine.
In the same awards, held at London's Park Lane Hilton, Martin & Co owner Claire Urwin reached the final of Rising Star of the Year category.
Bob Urwin, of Martin & Co, said: "We are delighted to be part of an award-winning brand.
“Martin & Co Oxford joined the franchise back in 2006 and our staff have worked hard to develop the brand in Oxfordshire."
