This week it was my birthday!!

not a special one or anything but certainly had me thinking about the future and what it is about to bring For the last few years my birthday has always been a drunken one!! one year i went on a 18-30 holiday to kavos with my best mate! as you can imagine it got very messy and then last year was a pub crawl in town.

This year was almost the same but without the drink!! a few of us went down my local pub on the friday and then on the saturday we had a small gathering at my parents house (the party went on till 4 in the morning!!) I was very tired after but was grateful to friends and family for being there for me.

I was a little freeked out in the morning, the reality was a little too much for me to cope with!! even though i had only turned 27 anyone would have thought it was 40. I am getting closer to 30 and this is the last birthday without a child!! were the only thoughts going through my head.

As the day went on my thoughts started to change.

Yes i was getting older but nothing was going to change that! but now i have something to look forward to. I have a reason to start growing up and facing responsibility, i have been given the one present i never thought i would have!! my miracle, my party animal, my Squidge!!
