34 weeks

I can’t believe I only have six weeks to go. The nursery is finished, so we’re ready. My hospital bag is even packed! I had my midwife check up this week and all is well – my iron levels (from previous blood test) and blood pressure are both really good and I’m measuring at 35cm which is about right.

Holiday time

Went on holiday to Kefalonia last week, the combination of me being 5 ½ months pregnant, a lively 13 month year old and a 6ft husband crammed into 2 seats on a packed 3 hour flight was sure to be recipe for disaster or so I thought!

Well, being 23 and a single mum wasn't exactly what I had planned this time last year but having just had my 20 week anomaly scan I can honestly say that I am really excited about my new arrival!

Well the last few weeks have been slightly different from the rest!! I was really lucky at the start of my pregnancy and did not suffer at all with morning sickness but I turned 12 weeks and it all changed!
