Constant Cravings

Radiant. Glowing: Both words that cannot be used to describe me at the moment!

My morning sickness has returned and instead of sleeping like a log I now find that it's difficult to drop off and if I wake in the night it's impossible to get back to sleep. At the moment I wonder why anyone would want to do this more than once...

Still, on the plus side, I am officially into the second trimester. This means that the higher risk first trimester is behind us, and that's a big relief.

I still don't have cravings for specific foods but an odd thing has been happening just recently. Whatever food I see I desperately want for about twenty seconds once I see something else my former 'must have' food is forgotten and on and on it goes.

Last week I went to the supermarket to buy the ingredients for a chicken curry, I changed my mind time after time, foods went into the trolley and back out again two minutes later, in the end we had pancakes with lemon and suger - purely because pancakes were the last thing I saw in the shop. And I still haven't made that curry...
