Summertown Sainsbury's set for opening

A new Sainsbury’s Local store will open in Summertown on Wednesday.
The shop has created 30 new jobs and occupies the site formerly occupied by Martin’s newsagent’s and the old Oddbins off-licence at the corner of Banbury Road and South Parade.
Store manager Ryan Brightman said: “We are looking forward to opening the new Local shop, which we believe will be a positive addition to the vibrant mix of other shops and businesses in Summertown.
Shoppers visiting the parade in Banbury Road will now be able to choose between the Co-op, Marks & Spencer, Tesco and Sainsbury’s.
