House prices have risen for the second consecutive month, latest figures have revealed.
Statistics produced by the Government’s Land Registry show the average price of a property in the county in March was £238,916, 0.4 per cent higher than the February figure.
The value of the average Oxfordshire home is now 1.4 per cent more than it was at the same time last year.
