HOME care provider Bluebird Care is announcing a host of new job opportunities for the year ahead.

With offices based in Wallingford, Bluebird Care already employs staff who provide care and support to the elderly, people with physical disabilities and adults with learning difficulties across Oxford, Witney, Henley, Abingdon and the surrounding Oxfordshire towns and villages.

Now the company is looking to employ 100 new care assistants.

Managing director Robert Mezo said: “Employing committed and passionate care assistants has been a huge part of our success in recent years.

“We will only ever be as good as the staff we employ and our staff are excellent.

“They are always professional and have real empathy for the people they look after.”

Over the next 12 months, the organisation hopes to go even further by employing 100 new care assistants, all of whom will take an active role in delivering high quality care.

Mr Mezo added: “For the next year we’ll continue to take our recruitment opportunities out into the community.

“As well as promoting our services at local events, people can also find out about working for us.

“If you see us feel free to join us for a coffee and a friendly chat about what employment opportunities we have for you.”

Bluebird Care is a national provider of care in the home, specialising in working with customers who live with dementia, physical disabilities and many other acute and chronic conditions. Staff from the company work alongside their customers’ families, social services and the NHS.
