Five artworks have gone up in the Jeune Street venue as part of the Oxfordshire Artweeks celebration.

They include drawings of The Wizard of Oz by Jason Brown; a collage of movies like Blue Velvet by James Read; five papier-mache monoliths paying homage to science fiction classic 2001 and a celebration of birds in film.

Cinema owner Becky Hallsmith said: “It is a splendid to use the space for something different.”
