SCALES OF JUSTICE: Some of the recent offences at Banbury magistrates' courts
Robert Courts, 57, of New Road, Banbury, admitted drink driving in Middleton Road, Banbury, on February 1. Had 133 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Given a 16-week jail term, suspended for two years, due to “high reading, previous conviction for similar offence”. Ordered to do 240 hours’ unpaid work with two years’ supervision and told to pay £85 costs. read more
