School increase approval likely

Oxfordshire County Council’s cabinet is likely to approve the expansion of Orchard Meadow Primary School in Blackbird Leys as a result of rising demand for school places in the city.

Under the proposals, the school would take in 60 pupils a year across two classes.

The cabinet has been recommended to approve the publication of a notice to expand the school at its meeting on Tuesday.

Wouldn't it be cheaper than building schools to supply all the potential and existing single mothers with sex education and condoms to try and reduce the rate of child proliferation. How about free education for up to three children per family and thereafter fees must be paid.
