People convicted of offences at Magistrates' Courts around the county recently OXFORD Adam Bennett, 28, of Harrowby Road, Banbury, admitted shoplifting alcohol worth £12.24 from Tesco in Oxford on November 10 and failing to surrender to court bail. Also admitted shoplifting food and alcohol from the Co-op in Banbury on October 10 and criminally damaging a display item and food valued at £112.68 in McDonald’s in Banbury on December 3. Jailed for two weeks.
Daniel Wilkinson, 22, of Howbery Farm, Crowmarsh Gifford, admitted failing to stop after an accident, failing to report the accident and driving without insurance in Crescent Way, Cholsey, on August 28. Fined £240 with a £15 victims’ surcharge and £300 compensation, and six penalty points.
BANBURY Lukasz Barasiewicz, 27, of Danes Road, Bicester, admitted drink-driving in Victoria Road, Bicester, on December 30. Had 69 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35. Fined £250, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs, and banned from driving for 18 months.

their dole money. This is one
area of life where you are
really better off not working┄
Its based on the ability to pay you idiot, what would you rather do pay the high jail cost?... Or are you to thick to see that even a small fine, hits someone on the 'dole?' harder than a large fine if your working
Personally I never pay...
