1. This notice is issued under the provisions of Section 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (variation of charges at off-street parking places).

2. The Oxford City Council intends, not less than 21 days from the date of this notice, to vary charges for the parking of coaches at the Oxpens parking place as follows:

Current charge: 0 - 24 hours £10
Proposed charqe: 0- 24 hours £20 Dated this ninth day of January 2012
