Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Byron Hamburgers Limited has applied to Oxford City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Byron, Ground Floor and Basement, 33-35 George Street, Oxford OX1 2AY. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: Supply of Alcohol 11:00 to 00:00 Monday to Sunday, Late Night Refreshment 23:00 to 00:30 Monday to Sunday, Recorded Music and Opening Hours from 11:00 to 00:30 Monday to Sunday. NYE - from end of permitted hours on New Year's Eve to start of permitted hours on New Year's Day for all activities.

Any representations by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by The Licensing Authority, Oxford City Council, Ramsey House, 10 St Ebbes Street, Oxford OX1 1PT no later than 16th January 2012 stating the grounds for objection.

The register of Oxford City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website - www.oxford.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
