Freeman Patrick John Passed away on 4th June 2012 aged 68 years. A loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather who will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral at Oxford Crematorium on Thursday 21st June at 12 noon. No flowers please, donations for Ward 7C, John Radcliffe Hospital may be sent c/o S & R Childs, Kidlington, tel 01865 378888.
