Butler Phyllis (Pat) Passed away peacefully in the JR on 13th May 2012, in her 91st year. Will be sadly missed by Alan, Viv, Paul and Lyn, Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. Funeral service at Oxford Crematorium on Wednesday 23rd May at 12.15pm. Flowers or donations if desired for the RNLI or The Royal British Legion c/o Reeves & Pain, 288 Abingdon Road, Oxford, OX1 4TE
