BARBER Philip "Phil" Passed away on Tuesday 7th August 2018, aged 64 years. Beloved husband of Yvonne. Funeral service to take place on Thursday 23rd August in the Memorial Chapel, Oxford Crematorium at 11.30am. Will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.
