SMITH Carol Anne Passed away on 12th July 2018 aged 63 years. Loving wife to David, loving mother to Melissa, Jamie and Kirsty, loving nana to Leo and Ava. She will be greatly missed by all her family and friends and will be forever in our hearts. Funeral Service to take place at South Oxfordshire Crematorium, Garford, Abingdon, OX13 5PA on Saturday 28th July at 11.00am. Family flowers only please, donation if desired to the Oxford Children Hospital, c/o S&R Childs Funeral Services, 81 Ock Street, Abingdon, Oxon, OX14 5AG
