SMITH David Of Standlake, passed away peacefully on 9th October 2017, aged 88 years. A much adored Husband to the late Fay, Father to Adele & Alan and Amanda & Nick and Grandpa to Sarah, Megan and Haydn and Great Grandpa to Molly. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday 25th October 2017, at St. Giles Church, Standlake, at 2.00pm. Family Flowers, donations if desired to Myasthenia Gravis, c/o Greens Funeral Services, 21 High Street, Eynsham, Oxon, OX29 4HE.
