TARKOWSKI Ursula Passed away peacefully at home on 19th February 2017 aged 96 years. A very special person to all who knew her, especially her daughter Anne-Marie and her son Christopher. A celebration of her life to be held at Oxford Crematorium on Tuesday 14th March at 1.00pm.
