RATHBAND Jessie Oriel Jess passed away peacefully at Sobell House on 13th February 2017, aged 50 years. Beloved wife of Stewart and mother to Rebecca. The Funeral Service will be held at 12noon on Thursday 2nd March at South Oxfordshire Crematorium, Garford. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to Sobell House may be sent c/o S & R Childs, 4 Elms Parade, Botley, OX2 9LG
